Primary Responsibilities:
Program Coordination & Implementation
• Coordinate and oversee education programs across multiple locations in Gaza.
• Support school leaders, teachers, and field teams with program implementation and follow-up.
• Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery of education activities.
• Ensure alignment with HEAL’s standards, timelines, accountability requirements, and donor policies.
• Review and track project budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and compliance; report regularly to the Education Manager.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
• Coordinate with local partners, education authorities, NGOs, and community organizations to strengthen collaboration and avoid duplication.
• Support cross-team communication and administrative coordination, reporting partnership developments to the Education Manager.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
• Monitor program performance, collect and analyze data, and report on outcomes and lessons learned.
• Prepare narrative reports, case studies, and success stories showcasing program impact.
• Maintain accurate documentation of activities, results, and beneficiary feedback.
Program & Resource Support
• Contribute to education program strategy, proposal development, and fundraising efforts.
• Support budget preparation, track expenditures, and identify risks affecting program delivery.
• Prepare periodic reports, case studies, and success stories that demonstrate the impact of educational programs.
