Salaam Alaikum, ISNS families. This 🗓️Saturday, July 18th, we’ve got an action packed day of community service, learning, and companionship planned for our youth. We’ll be packing📦20,000 (💪!!!) meals for Islamic Relief from 🕛Noon to 5 pm.
We need our young volunteers to turn out in full force.
First shift (station leads): 12pm to 1pm. Second shift (everyone else): 1pm to 4pm Clean-Up: 4pm to 5pm Monthly Youth Halaqa: 5:30 to Asr salat.
Brother Faizan Mumtaz from ICNA Education in Chicago will be leading the youth in a discussion on the value and beauty of salat 🤲.
Please note, due to the nature of the food packing activity, *youth under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian*. Grown-ups, register yourself first and then email Sister Wsmah ([email protected]) to let her know how many under-14s you will have with you.
