Bio of Shaykh Rami Bleibel

"Shaykh Rami Bleibel is currently the Resident Scholar & Imam at the Islamic Society of Milwaukee - Brookfield. He graduated from high school in Milwaukee in 2006. Then graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and a Graduate TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) Certificate from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. He started working with various Islamic organizations (ISM, AMP & MAS) locally and nationally, and also taught Islamic Studies & Public Speaking at Salam High School. Shaykh Rami then traveled to the Middle East to pursue his Islamic Studies and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Islamic Law from Jinan University in Lebanon and simultaneously completed a 4 year traditional Islamic Sciences program (Madrasa) at Imam Shafie Fiqh Academy. He also pursued traditional training and received various I'jazaat (certificates to teach & narrate) in various Islamic Sciences, with a focus on Shafi'i Fiqh. Along with his academic studies, he also traveled and studied individually with scholars in various countries including Egypt, Morocco & Turkey.
