About Zahra Alhajjaj
Zahra Alhajjaj is a nurse and PhD student in Nursing at The Ohio State University. Her research focuses on child and maternal health, health decision-making, and vaccine attitudes among Muslim families. Her work is guided by a commitment to health equity and culturally competent, trauma-informed care, including current research on Muslim mothers’ acceptance of the HPV vaccine and maternal well-being.
