About Asmaa Albadawi
Asmaa Albadawi is the founder, facilitator, and instructional coach at Reach & Teach Instructional Coaching, where she provides professional development and training to Islamic schools and Muslim educators across the USA and internationally, integrating best teaching practices with Islamic values. She also serves as the Curriculum Editor at Yaqeen Institute, involved in the development of Islamic Studies curricula for schools and supporting lesson plan developers through coaching, feedback, and professional development. With over 20 years of experience in education—including Islamic school teaching at the Islamic School of Greater Kansas City, Sunday school instruction, K–12 instructional coaching, and instructional design and faculty development within the University of Missouri System—Asmaa brings extensive experience in educator development and curriculum design to her professional practice. She has also spent many years leading halaqas for young Muslim women through MAS Tarbiyah and local masajid. Asmaa holds a Master’s in Teaching, a Graduate Certificate in Teacher Leadership & Coaching, dual teaching certifications in middle school science and language arts, and a Certificate in Islamic School Teaching.
